Cancellation Policy
No statutory right of withdrawal
Please note that according to Swiss law, there is no general right of withdrawal for online bookings. Since our offers are time-limited events with limited seats, only our cancellation conditions apply.
Cancellation by the customer
A cancellation is possible at any time, but is subject to the following fees:

| Up to 90 days before the start of the trip | 20 % |
| 89–60 days before the start of the trip | 40 % |
| 59–30 days before the start of the trip | 60 % |
| Less than 30 days before the start of the trip | 100% (no refund) |
The cancellation must be in writing by email to info@dance-travels.com. The date of receipt of the notification is decisive for calculating the deadline.
Repayments (according to the above scale) will be made within 14 days to the originally used payment method.
Transfer of the booking to another person
A transfer to another person is possible up to 30 days before the start of the trip, if:
- we agree in writing, and
- all necessary information of the acquiring person are available to us.
Ideally, both parties (previous and new participant) will contact us directly. No rebooking fee will be charged.
Cancellation by the organizer
If a trip cannot take place – e.g., due to too few participants, failure of service partners, natural events, or other unforeseeable circumstances – we will inform you immediately.
In this case, we offer the following options:
- Rebooking to an alternative trip
- Issuance of a credit for a later booking
- Refund of the full amount within 14 days
Important note
We recommend all participants to take out travel insurance that covers cancellation costs and health risks. Taking out insurance is the customer's own responsibility and is not part of our services.
